Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 2 cups grape tomatoes (halved)
  • 4 large hard cooked eggs (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 avocado (cubed)
  • 4 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
  • 2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast
  • 5-6 cups chopped Romaine lettuce

Instructions

  1. Add dressing evenly among 4 wide mouth quart-sized mason jars (2 Tablespoons each). Layer in the following order dividing evenly among jars: tomatoes, eggs, avocado, bacon, chicken, and lettuce.
