Description

Simply roasted with seasonings and seeds, Everything Bagel Cauliflower is a standout side dish for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower (cut into florets)
  • 1½ tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon white sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 F
  2. Cut the cauliflower into small florets and rinse well. Pat dry.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower with olive oil
  4. Combine the garlic, onion, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, and salt in a small bowl. Sprinkle seasoning mix over the bowl of cauliflower, and toss to coat.
  5. Spread evenly on a baking sheet. Bake at 425 F for 30-35 minutes until browned.
