Individual Chocolate Chip Mug Cookies in the Microwave

Ingredients

1/4 – 1/2 Tbsp butter

1 egg yolk

1 Tbsp granulated sugar

1 Tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/8 tsp salt

3 Tbsp flour

2 Tbsp semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a microwave-safe mug for 30 second.* Stir.
  2. Add egg yolk, sugars, vanilla and salt. Stir until combined.
  3. Add flour. Stir. Add chocolate chips, stir.
  4. Microwave for 45 seconds. Allow to cool slightly before eating. If desired, top with ice cream.

*You may also use a microwave-safe ramekin.
