Description

For a allergy-free, low sugar spin on the traditional PB & J, use sunflower seed butter instead of peanut butter, swap a whole grain waffle for bread and top with fresh strawberries instead of jelly. Makes a delicious lunchbox or breakfast option!

  • 2 whole grain waffles (toasted)
  • 1 Tbsp sunflower seed butter
  • 3 strawberries (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Spread sunflower seed butter onto 2 warm waffles.
  2. Top with strawberries slices then sandwich together. Cut in half or quarters.
