Super Easy Shortcut Pear Crisp

Ingredients

  • 4 Bartlett pears (cored and roughly chopped)
  • 1 tspb fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cold butter (cut into pieces)
  • 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Toss pears with lemon juice and add to an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. Toss together oats, sugar, cinnamon and salt then cut in butter using pastry blender or 2 forks until it resembles a coarse meal. Sprinkle evenly over pears.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until topping is browned and oats are bubbly. Top each serving evenly with Greek yogurt. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon, if desired.
