Delicious for breakfast on-the-go or a nutritious midday snack, this green smoothie packs fruits, veggies and dairy into one glass.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 1 cup baby spinach or kale
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 kiwi, peeled
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana, peeled

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to blender and blend on high for about one minute or until smooth. For a thinner consistency, add 2 tablespoons of milk at a time until desired texture is reached. Serve immediately.
