How to Make a Candy Corn Fruit Board

To make the fruit board, assemble fresh or canned fruits in the triangular shape of a candy corn. In the fruit board image above, I’m using peeled apples, mandarin oranges and fresh cubed pineapple. However, you can use any of the following white, orange and yellow candy-corn colored fruit. Here are some ideas for how to swap up the colored fruit:

White fruit: peeled apple slices, peeled pear slices, sliced banana

Orange fruit: tangerine segments, orange segments, mandarin orange segments, cubed cantaloupe, peaches, mangos

Yellow fruit: cubed pineapple, golden kiwifruit, sliced white peaches

Depending on how much time you have to peel, cut and dice, I like to rely on precut or canned pineapple, pre-sliced apples and canned mandarin oranges for a speedy prep.
